Application Specific Valve

Our industry experience allows us to offer customized solutions tailored to our customers' needs. We select our products based on your process requirements and define and develop the project through continuous collaboration. Every project involves a multidisciplinary team that evaluates and evaluates each new design to maximize efficiency and minimize project costs.

All our valves can be supplied equipped with the accessories our customers require (actuators, gears, heating chamber, etc.). Similarly, their design allows the necessary accessories for automation to be installed even after they have been installed in the installation.

Tank Bottom Valves

Bottom Tank ball valves are designed to be used to drain at the bottom of a tank or container, minimizing internal space and avoiding dead spaces where bacteria or microorganisms can harbor.

Bent Shaft for Actuator
Tank Bottom ball valves are designed with a beveled stem that allows for the installation of an actuator for insulated tanks. Our valve is designed to allow unobstructed flow to effectively drain or fill the tank. Quarter-turn operation and direct actuator mounting capabilities simplify automation. Our design allows for a Gap Filler as an option to ensure no unoccupied voids and a complete drain.

It is particularly suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Metal Sealed Valves

Metal seats are suitable for corrosive environments and products, as well as high temperatures. They are also suitable for suspended solid particles. For example, copper alloys are a suitable material for low-pressure valves. Nickel-based alloys are generally the ideal choice for corrosive environments. Depending on the material, these valves can generally withstand more severe conditions than soft-seat valves, such as acids, heat, abrasives, hydraulic shock, erosion, corrosion, and pressure.

Heavy Duty Valves

Heavy-duty ball valves are essential components for the most demanding environments. While standard ball valves excel in many applications with their simple design and reliable shut-off properties, they often fall short in extreme conditions.

These types of ball valves are designed to withstand high pressures, extreme temperatures, and corrosive or abrasive fluids, making them perfect for critical applications such as steam lines, high-pressure pipelines, and automated processes with frequent cycling.

Heavy-duty ball valves provide unmatched reliability and performance, keeping your operations running smoothly even in the most demanding conditions.

Hydrogen Valves

Hydrogen ball valves are the workhorses of the hydrogen industry, specifically designed for the safe and efficient control of hydrogen gas flow.

The difference with standard ball valves is that they are made of materials compatible with hydrogen, these materials do not deteriorate over time and cannot be compressed repeatedly.

These valves are available in a variety of sizes to suit a variety of applications, from flow control in hydrogen fuel cells to managing large pipelines for hydrogen transport. They can also withstand the high pressures typically found in hydrogen storage and refueling stations, making them a vital component of hydrogen infrastructure.

Oxygen Valves

Ball valves for oxygen service are a critical safety component in any system using gaseous or liquid oxygen.
They are a critical safety component in any system using gaseous or liquid oxygen. Unlike standard ball valves, they are meticulously manufactured from materials that will not ignite or react with oxygen, such as stainless steel or special alloys.
such as stainless steel or special alloys.

They undergo rigorous cleaning processes to remove contaminants that could pose a fire risk. This meticulous design ensures safe and reliable control of oxygen flow while minimizing the risk of burns. These valves are found in a variety of applications, from hospitals and welding equipment to industrial oxygen production facilities.

Double Block & Bleed Valves

The DBB (double block and vent) ball valve is a type of valve designed to provide an effective seal in piping systems, providing isolation from both sides of the valve and providing the additional ability to relieve pressure between two isolated sections. This valve is widely used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, and other applications where safety, isolation, and maintenance are critical.
