PINCH VALVES
Unlike other valve types only a few components inside pinch and diaphragm valves are getting in contact with the operating fluid. HYGIENIC VALVES
Sterile valves from Schubert & Salzer operate to the highest requirements for purity with maximum efficiency: The bodies are CIP and SIP capable, to avoid contamination by bacteria. In addition, these aseptic valves have no dead spaces.
TEFLON LINED VALVES & PIPES
Fluoropolymer-Lined Valves are proven high quality process valves for a wide range of applications. They are used in such diverse industries as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, mining, and associated fields. They are suitable for installation in piping systems in accordance with DIN PN10/16 or ANSI 150lbs, fitting flanges per EN 1092 or ASME B16.5. Face-to-face dimensions are in accordance with EN 558-1 row 20, as well as ASME B16.10
DIAPHRAGM VALVES
We offer our Diaphragm Valve in accordance with DIN specification (EN 1092, EN 558-1, cat. 1) as well as ANSI (ASME B16.5, MSS SP-88). The standard configuration consists of a 1.0619 cast steel body (per ASTM A216 WCB), fully lined with Ebonite/Butly/Glass/PFA and a PTFE/EPDM diaphragm
